Delivery
Delivery is via Canada Post within 3 to 4 business days in Quebec. However, Canada Post does not guarantee delivery lead times in remote areas or outside of Quebec. Delivery rates may vary depending on the weight and volume of the items ordered and the delivery address. The rate will be indicated on your order. If Art and Culture Bonsai is unable to deliver a product ordered on www.acbonsai.com, a message will be sent by email or phone to the buyer.
Cancellation
To cancel an order placed through Art and Culture Bonsai, simply email us at info@acbonsai.com within 24 hours of your purchase with the confirmation number of your order.

D- RETURN POLICY
Customer Responsibilities
Do not accept delivery of parcels with apparent damage and notify us immediately.
Before using the goods received, you must ensure that they are in good condition and meet your expectations. If not, you can return to us within 10 days of delivery.
Any product subject to a return must be in new condition, returned in the original packaging and include manuals and accessories.
All returns are at your expense and can be done through the postal or courier service of your choice. Make sure you opt for a service that offers insurance and signed documentation.
Process to follow :
1- Print a copy of the order confirmation received at the time of purchase.
2- Indicate the cause of return (wrong product received, incomplete, defective), justify the reasons and indicate your expectations.
3- Be sure to include all accessories, parts and manuals in the original package.
4- Insert the copy of the order confirmation along with the original packing slip into the return package and return it, postage paid, to the following address:

Upon receipt of your shipment, we will make the usual checks and notify you by email.
Art and Culture Bonsai agrees to reimburse the total value of you purchase in the event of a defect on the part of the manufacturer or an error on our part. Transportation and handling costs are non-refundable. The total amount of the goods purchased online and returned will be credited to the same account used when paying fo your purchase.
Important :
The return policy applies to defective or non-compliant items on the order unless :
The article has been misused.
The item was damaged by accident by the customer.
The item was returned incomplete (packaging, accessories, manuals).
The 10-day deadline has passed.
Art et Culture Bonsai reserves the right to apply any additional return costs, depending on the situation.
